Conditions of Participation

1. Anyone over 16 years old can participate in the contest. Parental approval is required for people under 18 years old. Participants must apply under their own names and personal info.

2. Participants agree that they transfer the right of unrestricted use of their photos to IGMG.

3. The right of use is assumed to be commenced as of the photo is sent to the email address mentioned above. No fee will be paid for the right of use.

4. No other person or agency should have the right of use over the sent photos. Hence, the photos must not be shared over any other platform before.

5. The people in the photo in question must comply with its use.

6. The existing laws on protecting personal data, youth and the brand must be taken into account.

7. All rights to the use, publishing and editing of the photo in question are assumed to be transferred.

8. The photos that do not meet the requirements of participation will be eliminated.

9. The participants are aassumed to agree on all the conditions with each photo they send.

10. The winners will be announced soon after the end of the contest both via email and on IGMG social media accounts.

11. Judicial remedies are not available.

12. The access to the contest will be confirmed and finalized onlyif the participation form is filled and delivered in full.
