Bekir Altaş, Secretary General of the Islamic Community Millî Görüş (IGMG), made a statement on the occasion of German Interior Minister Nancy Feaser's statements on the fight against the extreme right. “People suffering from racism have long lacked the sense that politics is taking the far right seriously,” said Altaş.
Racism, one of the greatest disease in human history. Racism means prejudice, discrimination or aggression towards people of a different racial or ethnic origin. When the differences created by Allah (swt) are not accepted, it essentially means rebelling against Allah (swt), the Lord of the Worlds.
One of the greatest truths in the life we live is that one day we will leave this world we were born into. Allah (swt) says, “Every soul will taste death. Then to Us will you be returned.”
Bekir Altaş, Secretary General of the Islamic Community Millî Görüş (IGMG), made a statement on the occasion of the European Union (EU) Meeting of Home Affairs Ministers in Lille. “EU refugee policy is responsible for perhaps the greatest collapse of values in the post-war era. For this reason, we wish the German Minister of the Interior, Feaser, success in his efforts to find a Coalition of the Goodwill,” said Altaş.
The requirements of Islam on neighbourhood relations are one of the most important principles that ensure social peace and harmony. Regardless of their religion, language and colour, these principles, which enable different societies to live together, have become a way of life for Muslims.
Allah the Most High, who originated everything from nothing, has made different all that he has created. Humans amongst the universe of being, are considered the most honorable of creation while the Ka’ba is considered the most valuable and virtuous of places. Similarly, what is recognized as the three months: Rajab, Shaban, and Ramadan, which incorporates the holiest of nights, is accepted as the most blessed and virtuous of months. The first holy night that signifies the commencement of the three blessed months is Rajab, while Laylat al-Qadr (The Night of Power) indicates its departure.
Bekir Altaş, Secretary General of the Islamic Community Millî Görüş (IGMG), made a statement on the occasion of the German Federal Minister of Interior Nancy Feaser's statement that the German Islam Conference would be developed and continued. “The fact that the German Islam Conference (Deutsche Islamkonferenz – DIK) will be developed brings many opportunities. The topics of the conference can also find a response in mosque communities and can be internalized by Muslims,” said Altaş.
