The word "Wijdane" is derived from the Arabic verb "wajada," which means "to find" or "to discover." It is used to refer to what a person finds or discovers within their own conscience or heart. Just as in the external world, in the "Mawjudat" (creation), we find many signs of creation, in our inner world, in our "Wijdane" (conscience), we also discover countless signs of Allah (swt).Friday Khutba
Human life is sacred and must be preserved. Its value is primarily obtained through the most beautiful creation of Allah (swt). Each individual is honoured by their inherent nature that makes them human. Our Prophet (saw) emphasised the shared value in human nature by stating that no child is born except on Fitra[1]. Without a doubt, being created as a human is a display of a unique mercy. Furthermore, by being recipients of divine revelation, humans have achieved a value that mountains and all other creatures could not bear.Friday Khutba
Our religion, Islam, is a religion of peace, justice and mercy. According to Islam, all individuals have the right to freedom of religion, life and property. Our Prophet, Muhammad (saw), sent as a mercy to all of humanity, taught us that there is a moral and legal framework even in times of war. He instructed us that even in times of conflict, women, the elderly, children, places of worship and even plants and animals should never be harmed.Friday Khutba

We, as humans, depend on food to sustain our lives in this world we have been sent to. It is impossible for us to live without food. Our religion, Islam, which provides a way of life, has not left us to our own decisions in this matter. Friday Khutba
At the centre of the communication between Allah and His servants is "revelation." The Almighty Allah, who created humanity in the most perfect form and sent them to this world, did not sever communication with them.Friday Khutba
Prophets are the chosen servants of Allah (swt). They are, in a sense, individuals who have been purified from among humanity. In the Qur'an, the term 'istafa' is used to emphasise this point. In the commentaries, this expression is understood and explained as meaning that prophets are made the essence of all creation, purified from negative qualities and decorated with praiseworthy attributes.
